How Growth Works
These learning platforms are geared for older students (middle school forward) and cover Grades 9 - 12 lesson material.
In this age bracket students come equipped to read their primary language with proficiency. This enables large efficiencies and provides both students and the classroom teacher with a significant degree of independence.
Students may study materials on their own, or with teacher input as desired.
In most cases the material will be visited a second time together with the teacher, and often with the attention of the full classroom as a community event.
In this way the classroom teacher has continuous freedom to expand or contract the group discussion as desired.

The Numbers page provides a vivid demonstration of how computer technology can use interactive dialog to dramatically improve retention. This tool can be found here; numbers demo.
This same functionality is used to dramatically improve retention with words.
